Who I am

I am a passionate learner and thrive when I can create learning experiences that help others gain knowledge and skills.  I am a former teacher turned instructional designer and eLearning developer.  Because of my teaching experience I build my courses to align with learning objectives and business goals while also creating learner-focused presentations and interactions.  As a business school graduate, I have found a great marriage between my understanding of business and my expertise in learning theory.  It puts me in a unique position to be able to create courses that meet the needs and goals of the business, while simultaneously empowering the learners to utilize the course content to make the maximum amount of growth.
