Instructional Design Process
My design process begins with needs analysis with the purpose of identifying the performance gaps and the optimal solution. I utilize educational design theory, adult learning theory, and the ADDIE and SAM models during designing and developing the learning deliverables. I use an iterative design approach that includes communication with subject matter experts as well as stakeholder review. In the end, I deliver a user-focused learning solution that meets the needs of the learner and the company.Â
