Business Goal: Agency X handles and processes personally identifiable information on a daily basis. The agency reported increased instances of compromised information in the last six months. Analysis revealed that the problem was occurring due to a large number of new hires and lack of knowledge that could be improved with training.  The goal of this training was to reduce the number of instances of mishandling information by 50% over the next six months.

Business Goal: A Naturopathic medical clinic who provides healing protocols to in person and tele-health patients.  Analysis revealed that some of the patients found the amount of information overwhelming and they were unable to implement the changes needed. The goal of this module is to deliver the information in an engaging and easily digestible format to empower their patients to make the lifestyle changes that they need.
